FAQ
Hi,
Is there any way that we can call a function in a controller automatically? Just like running a cron job on an exe file? Please give me some guide. or any modules that could handle that.
Thanks

Look at C::P::Scheduler or C::E::JobQueue::POE, two different ways of
    handling this.

If you need to call it from externally, it should be part of the model.

Then you don't even need to have Catalyst loaded and it all boils down to
    normal perl.
