PyQt v3.0 has been released and is available for download from
http://www.thekompany.com/projects/pykde/.

A Windows binary for use with the non-commercial version of Qt is
provided.

Also released is SIP v3.0, the tool used to generate PyQt.

Highlights of this release include...

- full support for Qt v3 (including 44 new classes)

- support for Python v2.2

- the addition of 7 missing classes and 70 missing methods from Qt v2.
