It depends on your mail client, but often it is something like "view
message source".
Looking at the Content-Type: header of an actual message attachment is
the definitive way to find what type you are getting, but you could
look at, e.g., <
http://filext.com/file-extension/PSD> for other
suggestions although none of the types listed there are actually
registered with IANA (see
<
http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/index.html>).
