I need to create multiple listserv that have exactly the same

duplicate settings across multiple listserv. What's problems I may
run into if I duplicate the settings?
The normal way to do this is to run 'bin/config_list -o' to write the
settings of the 'template' list to a file. Then edit that file and
remove all the list specific settings such as real_name, description,
etc. and use the resulting file to configure the other lists with
'bin/config_list -i'. See 'bin/config_list --help'.

This really seems to be a frequently recurring theme here.
I have taken it upon myself to learn Python to do another
customization I have in mind (I want to be able to trigger external
scripts on subscribe/unsubscribe events) and I may try to implement
such a feature as a sort of "final project" for myself.
No promises on whether I will get this done or when it will happen if
I do. It's not a high priority for me.
If I do choose to implement it, I will make the code available as a patch.
