FAQ
Hi,

Mailman seems like exactly what I need... but I have a shared hosting
account and I do not have root access. Is there any way to use mailman
without root access? If not, can you recommend a similar program that
would work in my situation?

Thanks!
Ken

Not so far as I know. In shared hosting situations, the hosting
provider usually installs and maintains the mailman package on behalf
of their customers. If they don't do this for you, you can usually
find other providers who do provide these services. See also

I am not personally aware of anything. If you find anything,
    please let us know.
