I would like to get a list of all the usable attributes that can added to a footer of a post. We specifically need to add the following footer:
"You are subscribed to the {LISTNAME} list as: {SUBSCRIBER EMAIL ADDRESS}
To unsubscribe from this list, click on the following link: {THE URL FOR UNSUBSCRIPTION WEBPAGE WITH SUBSCRIBERS EMAIL ADDRESS}
To subscribe to this list, click on the following list: {URL FOR SUBSCRIPTION PAGE}"
