[Mailman-Users] problems in configuration

hi,

i installed mailman-2.0.5 successfully and even created a test list .. the
problem is that when i try to subscribe to this test list, the
confirmation email comes from a blank address (there is no from: field in
the email!) and hence i am not able to reply to confirm subscription...!!
what did i miss ?? please help!!
