FAQ
It's giving me the hives:

We have a German list based on Mailman here and the users use Umlauts in
both Subject: and body of their mails:

http://www.stahl.bau.tu-bs.de/pipermail/litquiz/2000-March/subject.html

This breaks
a) The archive which is REALLY ugly to look at
b) The detection of the list's name when replying (stripping superfluous
"Re:"'s and "[list]"'s from "Re: [list] Re: [list]" fails!)

To sysadmin or not to sysadmin... that is the question, whether tis
nobler in the minde to suffer the slings and arrowes of outragious
fortune, or climb to the top of the building with a fucking high-power
rifle and scope.
