I have a discussion list (weekly at lists.valleychurch.org) with two
moderators. If someone submits a post requiring moderation, nothing
happens. There is no notification to either moderator or to the poster.
Nothing appears in pending moderator requests.

    Please look in Mailman's 'vette' log to see what happens to the post. I
    suspect that some action is set to 'discard' rather than 'hold'.

    If this is in fact a bug of some kind, we will need more information
    such as the content of Mailman's 'error' log.

    It is extremely unlikely that this has anything to do with the number of
    moderators.
