Wilbur is stuck in build limbo. I haven't had time to figure out how to make it modular enough that a wide variety of dependencies can be added and folks can just package the stuff they need, yet keep it easy to contribute to. If anyone wants to help with that, that would be cool.

FWIW the links in that wiki page to SVN were added by me, because I
couldn't previously find any version easily from the Wiki entry. I
