Related to this patch: is there any special reason, why
sapi/apache2handler/config.w32 in both PHP 5.3 and PHP 5.4 do not
contain the necessary statements for building the php5apache2_4.dll?
It can be just a copy of the lines for php5apache2_2.dll, with the '2'
replaced by a '4' at the appropiate places. With every new release I
allways copy my backup version of config.w32 back to compile
    php5apache2_4.dll.

Is it just because nobody ever committed the needed patches?

    hi Chirstian!

Could you please either (or both :) open a bug and attach the patch to
it or create a pull request please?

    Thanks for your work!

    Cheers,
