    Ismo, a PHP MVC framework, has been using PEAR for the last few years.
    I have recently inherited the project from the original author, Joakim
    Andersson, and have begun working on generating interest in Ismo.

    My plan is to have more packages created in the future that will work
    in conjunction with Ismo, but will not require its use.
