http://pear.php.net/download-docs.php, I get an error:
Error 404 - document not found
The requested document /distributions/manual/pear_manual_en.tar.gz was not found on this server.
If you think that this error message is caused by an error in the
configuration of the server, please contact pear-webmaster@php.net.
I tried all other docs tar balls and different languages and got same
errors (actually I need Japanese docs).
Is this due to a policy change or just a bug?
