PHP_CodeSniffer does not have a check that shows a security notice for
any type of code. If you can
at least give me the full text of the error message, I can look and see
if PHPCS is actually generating it
from somewhere, but it's impossible for me to do anything without more
information.

Description:
------------
CS gives security notice in short opening tag, but no short opening tag
is used. This happens on the version and the stack SCRUTINIZER (a
professional service) uses. As end-users don't have access to the
underlaying tech stack it's impossible to give more information.
