Which PEAR version is that? In version 1.9.4, line 384 in
PEAR/REST/10.php is empty.

When I use the package manager PEAR to install the package Mail ,a error
occurred "PHP Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in
/usr/share/php/PEAR/REST/10.php on line 348
" as I typed this command "pear install mail ".
