Given the reporter is unconfirmed, this comment may never be seen, but:

The only way to fix this problem is for you to provide some sample code
that causes
the notice. Problems like these are typically caused by the tokenizer
not parsing the
code correctly. The standard is not known to me (it doesn't ship with
PHPCS) but it
may not be the cause anyway.

If you are unable to provide some code, there really isn't anything I
can do.
