This bug has been fixed in SVN.

If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net
by the end of next Sunday (CET).

If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
be live shortly.

Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.

The only global options which are accepted are username and password.

- config-dir and config-option are accepted as configDir and
- no-auth-cache and trust-server-cert, have no var equivalent
- 'non-interactive is ok, as this needs to be set by VersionControl_SVN
- Some vars a possible as option but shouldn't (minArgs, args (May be a
setable option, but then it isn't escaped), requiredSwitches, svn_path
(shouldn't we delete it as we have binaryPath),)
