I'm fairly confident that I tested this when it was first reported and
that it didn't work.
It also wasn't a quick fix due to the way reporting worked.

But I've tested it again with 1.3.6 and it works fine. So I think the
changes to
reporting to allow for multiple reports and report files, or additions
after that, have
fixed this issue.

If anyone is having problems, please comment and let me know.

Description:
------------
Running this on the commandline:

phpcs --report=checkstyle --report-file=build/logs/checkstyle.xml src

Warns of the script unable to write to file. It seems that it implicitly
uses the value from getcwd() but this has been changed somewhere else.

Test script:
---------------
phpcs --report=checkstyle --report-file=build/logs/checkstyle.xml src

Expected result:
----------------
-NO OUTPUT-

Actual result:
--------------
PHP Warning: file_put_contents(build/logs/checkstyle.xml): failed to
open stream: No such file or directory in
<snip>/PHP/CodeSniffer/Reporting.php on line 104
