Description:
------------
When editing the package details, the "Documentation URI" field is a
HTML5 "url" field.

This leads to the problem that I cannot save existing packages because
the documentation URL is relative, which is not a valid URL for at least
Opera.

I'm split on this one - it has been annoying me that I have to fix
    manual links;
but not to the point of doing a migration.
The benefits of full uris - validation on the frontend, and a definitive
    URI pointing
    to the One True Documentation.
The disadvantages - gotta migrate, and local copies of the manual can't
    be linked
    to easily in mirrors.

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net
by the end of next Sunday (CET).

If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
    be live shortly.

Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.

Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.
