I don't find any "<img" references in any of HTML:frames:default's .tpl
files. Can you verify that's the output converter you meant?

Description:
------------
In the default frames templates, there are references to non-existent
image files.

Test script:
---------------
Do a pear install of phpdocumentor 1.4.3.
Navigate to the media folder for the default frames temlates (ex
...\PHP\data\PhpDocumentor\phpDocumentor\Converters\HTML\frames\templates\default\templates\media)
Note that it only contains banner.css and stylesheet.css.
Do a global search on this converter's .tpl files for "<img" .
Note multiple occurrences.

Expected result:
----------------
Either display the images (assuming their presence was intentional) or
remove the markup from the template files.

Actual result:
--------------
Image tags pointing to non-existent image files. Note that some site
monitoring tools will complain about this if you host your docs on a
site you monitor.

I only see "<img" references in the phpedit, earthli, and DOM/earthli
templates *.tpl files... I see no other HTML:frames converters that have
    "<img" in their *.tpl files.

In the cases of HTML:frames:earthli, HTML:frames:DOM/earthli, and
HTML:frames:phpedit, I see that each converter has media/images dir with
many image file in each location.

Can you highlight an instance in resulting documentation files where you
see a marker indicating an image is supposed to be visible but its file
    was not found?
