I tried after a reboot to be sure that no files/folders were locked.
I tried different packages, as well as various locations for my PEAR
base install.
No way to make Pyrus install a package on my system.
Note: even if this bug is related to
https://github.com/pyrus/Pyrus/issues/3, it would be nice to leave it
open here (until fixed), for other users to find it easily (see
http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=17627)
The users would then know that a similar bug has been posted, and they
would not be tempted to add a new one, or to post on the mailing list
like I did today.
