The comments for the addFont() function talk about using makefont.php.
I assume this is
from the FPDF project. However, the makefont.php in the FPDF project
produces a php
file of a totally different and incompatible format.

As a result, there is apparently no way to add new fonts to File_PDF.

Please include a working, File_PDF-compatible makefont.php, or provide
some other
means to create the required font definition php file from any TrueType
font I wish to use.

Test script:
Not applicable.

Expected result:
Should be able to create a font definition file for any TrueType font I
can get my hands on.

Actual result:
No obvious way to create a File_PDF-compatible font definition file for
a TrueType font I
want to use with File_PDF. As a result, I'm stuck with using only fonts
for which File_PDF
already includes font definition files.
