This bug has been fixed in SVN.

If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net
by the end of next Sunday (CET).

If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
be live shortly.

Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.

Thank you for the report and for helping us make PEAR better.

I'm not sure whether this is a problem in PEAR 2 documentation or Pyrus,
but here's the thing anyway...
The PEAR 2 rules at http://pear.php.net/manual/en/pear2cs.rules.php
state that data files are stored in php_dir/data/channel/PackageName/.
However, Pyrus in fact installs data files in
php_dir/data/PackageName/channel/ instead. So, which one is correct ?

Note that the resulting PackageName/channel/ structure is the one
generated by Pyrus itself when making the package.xml file. So if
Pyrus's at fault, it may be in its package.xml generation code rather
than in its installation code.

Test script:
Using the latest available release of Pyrus (2.0.0a1) :
php pyrus.phar install PEAR2_Console_CommandLine

(note: I can also reproduce that using a custom build of pyrus.phar made
from the latest SVN commit).

Expected result:
I expect to find a file called "xmlschema.rng" in

Actual result:
The file is actually located in
