lsces, what is the full --ignore argument you are using?

This only tends to happen when phpDocumentor is located in some
subdirectory of your source code, and therefore it thinks it is part of
the source to be documented. What is the absolute path to your
phpDocumentor installation?

Project is d:/website/bitweaver
having completed the excluded list with only bitweaver files, phpdoc
reads the bitweaver files and then goes on to read the
PhPDocumentor_1_4_2 directory and add it to the final documentation.
