We are seeking to reinforce our development team with a
Perl Software Developer.
This challenging post would suit a flexible
developer with at least 5 years of real-world development experience.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- maintenance of current
- development of new functionality; responsible for
troubleshooting and resolving application issue
- perform development unit
level testing and may assist in QA testing
- assist in project planning,
estimate gathering, developer resource fulfillment, application and website
design, and architectural enhancements and improvements
- work effectively
with team members to deliver well designed, working product features and
- knowledge and experience in web technology
- ability to
work independently without much supervision
- analytical and
problem-solving mindset, with a collaborative and influential approach and
a strong customer focus.
- Excellent spoken and written French or English.

Desired skills:
The following skills are required:
- Perl >=5.10, DBIx::Class, Mojolicious,
- SQL (ideally MSSQL)
- Javascript (JQuery)
- CSS, html, json, xml
svn or git

The following skills would be advantageous:
- Perl on windows
C, C++
