[DBI-users] DBI 1.38 40profile.t has incorrect test count

The t/40profile.t test for DBI 1.38 currently has 56 tests planned, but 57
are run. This discrepancy unfortunately means that Test-Harness reports
DBI as not successfully passing all of its tests.

My apologies if this is already a known issue.
