FAQ
Hi Hadoop Users,

I have a grid with GB's of job_<datestr>_conf.xml files currently being written to $HADOOP/logs/..

I am about to switch my hadoop logging to a non-default directory location.

What I am not finding is the mapred job config control option that directs mapred
where to write its job_conf.xml files.

Anyone got a clue to share?

TIA, jackc...

What is the version of Hadoop you are running?
