I have finally got this working.
Login - Sage Pay Vendor Name
Password - Live Encryption Password
Account - Sage Pay Merchant Number
Server - Live
Next thing to crack is 3D secure....

When I try to make a payment I get
4000 : The VendorName is invalid or the account is not active.
