[spree-user] Custom Bundled Product with Pictures? Extension ideas?

I'm looking to do a customized product where users can pick out custom
parts of a bundled product. I found one Spree website that has a similar
idea:

Any idea what kind of extensions would accomplish this? Or would this have
to be completely customized?
