In the Selenium docs, there are instructions for Implicit and Explicit
waits using Java, Python or Ruby. But no such documentation exists for
NodeJS.

Is there a waitForElement in Node? Example:

       driver.get('http://localhost:8000/');

       // Rather than "findElement", is there a "waitForElement" method?
       driver.findElement(webdriver.By.tagName('video')).getAttribute('src').
then(function(html) {
          console.log(html);
       });
