    It shows that he is using 2.21.0 right in the stack he posted.

    The question is, what does this line of code (and those preceding it) look
    like?

    pjcc.login.main(login.java:12)

    That is where your code got this error. We would need to see that to have
    any idea what might be wrong. I am guessing you are trying to create a new
    FirefoxDriver instance there, so maybe it is what you did prior that got it
    to fail, so show us the lines around that section.
