relatively young business experiencing considerable growth across the

Their solutions rely heavily on the automation of loan applications and
processing without human interaction. The main challenge is to ensure the
web interface, back-office, as well as both desktop and mobile applications
are integrated seamlessly together and with various 3rd party solutions.
Currently their team consists of over 100 progressive IT specialists and
based on their year on year growth they're looking to add additional
experts to their family.

*About the position*

We are looking for energetic, dedicated software coding engineers with
plenty of experience in Ruby on Rails. You will have full ownership of your
work and the freedom to execute it how you think it makes sense, as long as
it helps the company grow quickly whilst providing a valuable service to
our customers. We will give you all the tools, support and growth
opportunities you need.



*Responsibilities:*

· Working closely with Product Owners in an agile approach, to
deliver solutions where sustainable quality and speed of the execution are
important.

· Regarding organizational issues: think stand-up meetings, paired
programming, automated testing and discussion of customer feedback.

· Hands-on development with the rest of the team. If you don’t want
to get your hands dirty, this role is not for you.

· Ownership of large parts of the web service and web application
implementation. If you are familiar with iOS development or webapp
development, you can also get involved in this area.

· Advocating and maintaining a productive development and release
environment, using continuous integration and deployment. We are using
Stash, Jenkins (etc).

    You missed out ..... Haskell, Clojure, Common Lisp, Scheme, Fortran and
    Cobol ...... Seriously, is this anything more than an exercise in buzzwords?
