Hi,
when I run the following code _ get this error
C:\RakeTest>rake
rake aborted!
C:/RakeTest/rakefile.rb:2: syntax error, unexpected tDOT3, expecting
$end

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This is not valid Ruby syntax - the author of the post you've sourced it
    from was using the ... to avoid repeating identical code from the preceding
