    Puppet does not provide this information without being extended. Luckily,
    there are lots of extension points in Puppet. Collecting this information
    and then modeling your configuration based on these conditions is well
    suited for a custom Facter fact. Custom facts are typically only a dozen
    or so lines of ruby code.
