Packages like ffjson <https://github.com/pquerna/ffjson> and megajson
<https://github.com/benbjohnson/megajson> had been options in the past for
faster marshal and unmarshal operations in JSON. But, megajson is no longer
maintained and ffjson appears it may no longer be maintained while failing
test on tip and not having 1.5 testing.

What's being used now for faster json marshal and unmarshal than the stdlib?
