FAQ
Go is a great and immediate language to start working on. Both for
developers coming from languages of same family both for others.

It's not functional in nature, but it allows anyway some functional
patterns to be expressed.

I too think that being able to *force* *immutable data structures* would be
great for *concurrency* and also for programming using *functional patterns*
.
