FAQ
The `terminal.GetSize` function in crypto/ssh/terminal returns the screen
buffer size instead of the terminal size on Windows. The screen buffer
size returned can be (and mostly is) bigger than the actual terminal window
size.

The actual size of the terminal can be easily calculated based on the
window element in info struct. Here is an example:
https://github.com/Bitbored/crypto/commit/4eda0d745f6ae82b1a73a350d574ee639863d989.
I tested this to work on Windows 8 (x64), and plan testing it on other
systems.

Can I create a pull request for this?
