FAQ
I believe this is the first time it has been announced on go-nuts. Not
everyone is also subscribed to golang-dev.

In preparation for our previously-announced[1] move from code.google.com
to Github, we're collecting permission from users who have submitted bug
reports, such that we're able to migrate your bug reports to Github's bug
tracker, as your Github username.

We now have 9.5% of unique users, which is 75.56% of issues by volume.

If you're one of the remaining 3681 users who have submitted a Go bug but
have never approved our migrator app at, this is your last chance:

http://go-issue-migrator.appspot.com/

Otherwise your bug reports will be migrated as a robot account, which is
fine.
