Uh... If you assumed you'd find some sort of IDE or a built-int GUI
text editor, then there are none. Go is shipped as a set of
command-line tools (hence intended to be called from an already opened
console window). I'm not sure why you did not decide to follow [1]
which makes this rather clear but oh well.
There are some IDEs and text editors which integrate well with Go.
I can name Eclipse, Vim, Emacs and Sublime Text.
