Ubuntu toke over Android. http://www.ubuntu.com/devices/android

It was very difficult to change all C code with JNA. But now Ubuntu
took over Android, can we simply use the native GCC?

If you want to target the android-only phone mode of such a dual-mode
system, or any traditional android system, you would still need to use
something functionally comparable to android's development tools and API's
for interacting with the user. But if your application only needs to work
in the docked desktop mode, then yes it would appear you can compile
against glibc, use X for the UI, etc as you would when doing traditional
    Linux development.
