the problem is: *import android.annotation.TargetApi*
The android.annotation does not exist till *API level 16*
However, the opencv library project is configured as *API level 11*?

    In my system these errors disappear after right click on the 'OpenCV
    Library' project and 'Android Tools' -> 'Fix Project Properties'.
