Running with a similar config, and apply the GI PSU to both grid & db
homes. The GI PSU includes the DB PSU. Just follow the release notes for
the GI PSU. You'll see where the DB PSU patch is applied.

I was about to install PSU# 13343424 and was reading the README.html and
it said if you have grid installed then use PSU # 13653086. My question is
does ASM count as a grid home and so I use PSU 13653086 or do I install PSU
13343424 in both OH's.
