[Oracle-l] 7445 _memcpy()+448

dear lists,

machine is superdome with 10.2.0.5
there are many table with xmltype
2 days ago got 7445 memcpy()+224 (many times during conversion run),
after made adjustment with the kernel maxd & maxs size, now it thrown
again (only once)
but with different memcpy error.

the syntaks is on merge statement that involving xmltype.
any clues from the kernel/numa/whatever memory management in hpux 11.31?
