FAQ
I did a 10gR2 EE to SE downgrade yesterday, had to use export/import data
pump! So 30 seconds is out of question :)

    I agree, that's a nice feature to have..
    The SE to EE won't need Export/Import.. but still, not a 30 second "online"
    operation.. :)
