Does someone here know the date that 10gR2 goes into Extended Support?

In particular, 10gR2 on 32 Bit RH Linux (ES 4)

I've tried MOS, but I consistently get 404 errors trying to access the
documents in question...

    I thought it was officially July 2010, but A year of Extended Support
    (lifetime support?) will extend it to July 2011

    Looking at the document, it seems that the only difference between Premier and Extended Support is that "Extended Support may not include certification with some new third-party products/versions".

    Do I understand that correctly?

    Does not seem like nearly 5 years since 10gR2 launch.
    I know... 10gR2 does still feel like a "New" version..... I must be gettin' old or something.

    Another difference is the cost, Extended Support entails additional
    costs over and above the standard 22% support fee.

    Which given the MOS fiasco, it's lucky they are waiving the additional
    fees for a year.

    Does not seem like nearly 5 years since 10gR2 launch.

    I know... 10gR2 does still feel like a "New" version..... I must be gettin' old or something.
    And we are still waiting for the terminal release (10.2.0.5) ....

    Hi Yong Huang,
    Where did you see the non-technical SR's in MOS? I logged a couple of those
    to complain about MOS issues but never was able to see those or track
    updates.
    Today oracle fixed the permission problem we had with our csi since the
    cut-over from metalink. We can now create new technical SR's again and
    download patches, finally!
    I was not able to convince support that something may have gone wrong with
    customer data during the migration to MOS. They simply refused to help me
    and pointed me to licensing dept. Fortunately, there are still people in
    oracle dedicated to help customers out.

    I am currently collecting all the errors I have encountered and send them in
    batches to oracle support, hoping someone is willing to catch.

    Andre,

    If you use the Flash MOS, on the Service Requests page, click the
    tiny pencil-like icon. You'll have the choice for "Feedback Only
    (Non-Technical SRs)". If you use the HTML MOS, there's SR Type. You
    won't miss it.

    Oracle support should really work on something more useful, such as
    searching inside your SR's. I wrote a program to do it and now have
    to rewrite it. Emails sent to you about your SR used to have the
    direct URL to the page. It no longer has it. The support developers
    are so facinated by everything teenagers are excited about as to
    forget their primary duty.
