I'm just not sure what you want to add to the release notes page rather
than what's already there:

Many widgets which used to extend _Templated now extend _TemplatedMixin.
If you have custom widgets that extend standard widgets, and use
widgetsInTemplate: true, you may need to also mixin dijit._WidgetsInTemplate

Due to the nature of the _Templated / _TemplatedMixin
/_WidgetsInTemplateMixin change and the fact that all Dijits appear to
have been upgraded to use the _TemplatedMixin as appropriate to the
specific widget (Dialog for example) -- anyone who has extended DIalog
and *is* using widgetsInTemplate=true will now break because previous
API features are no longer available in the initial base Dijits.
As stated, its not a *huge* deal but since it does in fact break prior
API from forever ago, we should probably consider documenting that on
the release notes page as well
