[dojo-contributors] issue with getComputedStyle and IE9/svg

Hi,

FYI, I just created the following ticket:

"Calling dojo/domstyle.getComputedStyle on svg elements fails under IE9"

I put it in 'Core', (not sure whether it's the right category) and it
does not have an owner yet.
