[dojo-contributors] Dojo 1.6.1 release candidate 1 is available

at http://download.dojotoolkit.org/release-1.6.1rc1/

1.6.1rc1 has many fixes, but has a special focus on IE9 and FF4 support,
with both browsers released very soon after Dojo 1.6.0

Please test 1.6.1rc1, especially against IE9 and FF4 browsers, and get us
