Hi -- as part of working up a demo for 1.5 on using dojo.Stateful to do MVC
patterns I've created a GitHub project here:

In addition, I'd like to use the GitHub project pages feature which
publishes any content pushed to a gh-pages branch as a hosted web site.
This would be very helpful in terms of folks trying out demos or other code
without needing to checkout the code etc etc...

My question is this...when trying to publish the site which includes a dojo
distribution, GitHub seems to mis-interpret files or directories with
underscore prefixes...I'm guessing this is some type of convention used in
their templating engine but am not sure. These files are just missing from
the published site...

Has anybody used GitHub project pages successfully to host code which
includes the dojo distribution...any thoughts welcomed!

Thanks, Charlie Wiecha
