FAQ
As I installed my CF cluster by taking snapshot and reconfigure the
files. I'd like to deploy my nats on a individual node. But I am not
very clear about how to start the nats individually on that node?

Suppose you have a vcap_dev_setup CloudFoundry instance, then please refer to /etc/init.d/nats_server on how to start & stop nats-server.

Besides that, please refer to <your CloudFoundry home directory>/.deployments/devbox/config/nats_server/nats_server.yml for the nats-server configuration, for the client configuration refer to any service gateway or node configuration, see the "mbus" option. Client and server are not necessary to reside on the same machine, as your case. The "mbus" spec follows,

    <protocol>://<username>:<password>@<ip address>:<port>/

A real example is "nats://nats:nats@127.0.0.1:4222/", protocol name "nats" is fixed,4222 is the default port.

    Regards,
